| To conduct data mining on the acupoint rules and methods in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of myasthenia gravis.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Data,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM) and PubMed were retrieved to screen articles on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of muscular gravis according to the screening conditions,and the acupoint selection rules were analyzed by data mining.Results:A total of 65 articles were included,involving 128 acupoints,with a total frequency of 780.Among the selected acupoints,Zusanli(ST 36) was the most,followed by Yangbai(GB 14),Cuanzhu(BL 2),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),and Hegu(LI 4).The selected acupoints mostly acted on foot greater yang bladder meridian(BL),and foot yang brightness stomach meridian(ST) and foot lesser yang gallbladder meridian(GB) were commonly used.In terms of specific points,sea point,lower sea point and back transport point were selected with high frequency.The association rule analysis indicated Yangbai & Zusanli and Sizhukong & Zusanli & Yangbai were the most common acupoint combination.Cluster analysis demonstrated Zusanli,Yangbai & Cuanzhu,and Sanyinjiao & Hegu were the most common.Conclusion:There were certain rules and similarities in the selection of acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of myasthenia gravis,and the rules could provide reference for clinical acupoint selection. |
