| 三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）作为乳腺癌的一种特殊亚型，具有较难治愈、极易复发转移的特点，患者在临床上预后也较差。近年来，国内外积极开展对TNBC的中药治疗研究，经过大量动物实验发现许多中药成分对TNBC细胞有一定抑制效果。本综述回顾了近年来中药治疗TNBC实验方面的研究进展，实验研究发现部分单味中药的提取物可以通过多种途径抑制TNBC细胞的生长和增殖、促进TNBC细胞的凋亡、降低TNBC的复发转移率、提高TNBC细胞的药物敏感性等；另外关于中药复方提取物治疗TNBC的研究较少，需要后续更多的实验研究进行探索。 |

| As a special subtype of breast cancer,triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is difficult to cure and easy to recur and metastasize.Moreover,the TNBC patients generally have poor prognosis.The treatment of TNBC with Chinese medicines has been extensively studied in recent years.A large number of animal experiments have confirmed that a variety of ingredients in Chinese herbs have inhibitory effect on TNBC cells.We review the recent research progress in the treatment of TNBC with Chinese herbs.Experimental studies have proved that the extracts of single Chinese herbs can inhibit the growth and proliferation and promote the apoptosis of TNBC cells via multiple pathways to reduce the recurrence and metastasis of TNBC.In addition,there are a few studies about the treatment of TNBC with Chinese herbal formula extracts,which need to be studied by more experiments. |
