| 目的:系统评价中药虎杖提取物及其复方和中成药对于血脂代谢异常的疗效。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和英文数据库PubMed、web of science,时间限定2000—2020年国内外发表的虎杖治疗高脂血症的临床随机对照试验,利用Note express文献管理软件,根据纳入与排除标准来筛选文献,采用数据提取表提取资料并评价其质量,最后采用Rev Man 5.1分析软件,对纳入文献的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入14个RCT,包括1 692例患者,结果显示:虎杖提取物及其复方在降低总胆固醇(TC)水平(MD=-0.46,95%CI为-0.67~-0.24,P<0.000 1),三酰甘油(TG)水平(MD=-0.44,95%CI为-0.62~-0.26,P<0.000 01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HLD-C)水平(MD=0.24,95%CI为0.11~0.37,P=0.000 3)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平(MD=-0.41,95%CI为-0.77~-0.06,P=0.02)均明显优于对照组,并且未发现严重不良反应/不良事件。结论:中药虎杖提取物制剂,以及以虎杖为主要成分的中药复方和上市中成药对于血脂异常有较好疗效,且安全性良好,可为今后临床用药提供依据。 |

| To systematically evaluate the effect of Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix and its compounds and patent medicines on improving dyslipidemia.Methods:Databases including Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，Chinese Citation Database(CCD)，China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc)，PubMed，and Web of Science from 2000 to 2020 were retrieved，and randomized controlled trials(RCTs) related to Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix in the treatment of dyslipidemia were collected.Note express was used for literature management.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria，the papers were screened out.The data extraction table was used to extract materials and evaluate their quality.The included papers were analyzed by RevMan 5.1，and Meta-analysis was conducted on the results.Results:Fourteen RCTs were finally included，involving 1692 patients.The result showed that compared with the control group，Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix extract and its compound significantly decreased the levels of total cholesterol(TC)(MD=-0.46，95%CI=-0.67 to -0.24)，triglyceride(TG)(MD=-0.44，95%CI=-0.62 to -0.26)，high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HLD-C)(MD=0.24，95%CI=0.11 to 0.37，P=0.000 3)，and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(MD=-0.41，95%CI=-0.77 to -0.06，P=0.02).Conclusion:Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix extract preparation and Chinese herbal compounds and marketed Chinese patent medicines with Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix as the main component have good efficacy and safety in improving dyslipidemia，which can provide references for further clinical medication. |
