| 灼口综合征是以烧灼样疼痛为主要表现、未见明显病损的口腔黏膜疾病,患者常伴随焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。许凤全教授根据临床经验,总结提出该病患者存在胆郁化火、痰浊阻络的病机特点。现基于此创新性地提出温胆解郁化痰法,通过梳理灼口综合征的病理特点及温胆解郁化痰法的现代作用机制,结合临床病案及许教授常用药对,探讨此法治疗灼口综合征的临床理论基础,以期为临床治疗灼口综合征提供有力的理论支持并提高临床疗效。 |

| Burning mouth syndrome is an oral mucosal disease with burning pain as the main manifestation and no obvious lesions，and its patients are often accompanied by anxiety，depression and other negative emotions.According to clinical experience，Professor Xu Fengquan summed up the pathogenesis characteristics of the disease that patients present gallbladder depression transforming into fire and turbid phlegm blocking collaterals.On this basis，WenDan Jieyu Huatan Formula was innovatively proposed，and its theoretical basis for treatment of burning mouth syndrome was also discussed by combing the pathological characteristics of the disease and modern mechanism of the method，combined with clinical medical records and common drug pairs used by Professor Xu.This paper aimed to provide strong theoretical support for clinical treatment of burning mouth syndrome and improve the clinical curative effect. |
