| 癫痫是神经内科的常见疾病,其病因病机复杂,治疗颇为棘手,中医药在长期的临床实践中发现,经方,时方,个人经验方,针灸,埋线治疗癫痫都有一定的临床疗效。现通过分析本病常见病因及其致痫机制,总结10余种临床中较为常用的对应治法,旨在为临床中癫痫的中医药防治方案提供理论参考和更广阔的治疗思路。 |

| Epilepsy，a common disease in the department of neurology，has complex etiology and pathogenesis.The treatment of epilepsy is difficult.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the long-term clinical practice has found that the classic prescription，current prescription，prescription of personal experience，acupuncture，and embedding method to treat epilepsy all have a certain clinical effect.By analyzing the common etiology and the mechanism of epilepsy，this paper summarized more than ten commonly used corresponding treatment methods in clinical practice，to provide theoretical references and broader treatment ideas for TCM prevention and treatment of epilepsy. |
