| 目的：分析活血通督汤联合按摩对退行性腰椎管狭窄症血清炎症介质的影响。方法：选取华北医疗健康集团峰峰总医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者予以按摩治疗，观察组患者予以活血通督汤联合按摩治疗。观察2组临床疗效，血清白细胞介素-1α（IL-1α）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）水平，日本骨科协会（JOA）评分、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组总有效率为92.50%，对照组总有效率为75.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者IL-1α、TNF-α、MCP-1水平，VAS评分及ODI评分均低于对照组，JOA评分高于对照组，2组比较差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%，对照组不良反应发生率为7.50%，2组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：活血通督汤联合按摩可有效抑制退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者的炎症反应，缓解其疼痛症状，改善腰椎功能，临床疗效及安全性较好。 |

| To analyze the effect of Huoxue Tongdu Decoction combined with massage on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated in Fengfeng General Hospital，North China Medical and Health Group from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomized into the control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with massage and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongdu Decoction and massage.The clinical efficacy，interleukin-1α(IL-1α)，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)，monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)，Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) score，visual analogue scale(VAS)，Oswestry disability index(ODI) score，and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(92.50%) was higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment，levels of IL-1α，TNF-α，and MCP-1，VAS score，and ODI score in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05)，and JOA score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the observation group(5.00%) and the control group(7.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongdu Decoction combined with massage can inhibit the inflammatory reaction，relieve the pain symptoms，and improve the lumbar functions of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis，which is effective and safe. |
