| 目的：探究真实世界丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗老年患者用药特征，为其临床应用及前瞻性研究提供参考。方法：选取全国23家三甲医院12 888例使用该注射液的老年患者信息，运用基本数据描述方法，Apriori建立模型，Clementine12.0分析。结果：纳入男性患者60.33%，女性患者39.67%；年龄以65~75岁（49.73%）为主；病种以高血压（15.66%）、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（14.19%）、恶性肿瘤（9.78%）为主。单次用药剂量多数达10 mL（88.88.%）以上，用药疗程以1~3 d（71.70%）为主；联合中药使用最多的为便秘舒胶囊1 582例(12.27%），西药为氯化钾缓释片4 375例(33.95%）；中药常联合活血化瘀剂7 406例（57.46%）、清热解毒剂2 486例（19.29%）和解表剂2 051例（15.91%）使用；西药常联合抗生素类药8 315例（64.5%）、抗凝溶栓及抗血小板药8 123例（63.03%）及维生素类药6 988例（54.22%）使用。在对多种联合用药进行关联分析时，常见联合2种中药组合为复方甘草+便秘舒胶囊，支持度2.84%，西药组合为维生素+氯化钾缓释片，支持度18.8%。结论：丹参川芎嗪注射液在老年患者中的应用基本符合用药指南，治疗的主要疾病和使用方法与指南相符，由于老年患者体质渐衰，消化系统功能减退，心脑血管疾病风险及感染风险增加，因此，本研究中丹参川芎嗪注射液常与中药活血化瘀剂、泻下剂，西药抗生素、维生素联用。 |

| To explore the real-world characteristics of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of elderly patients to provide references for its clinical application and prospective research.Methods:The data of 12 888 elderly patients treated with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in 23 Grade-A tertiary hospitals in China were collected.The basic data description method，Apriori algorithm for modeling，and Clementine 12.0 for analysis were used.Results:Among the elderly patients enrolled，male patients accounted for 60.33%，while female patients for 39.67%.They were mainly aged 65～75 years(49.73%).The top 3 diseases included hypertension(15.66%)，coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(14.19%)，and malignant tumors(9.78%).The single dose mostly exceeded 10 mL(88.88%).The course of medication was dominated by 1～3 d(71.70%).Among Chinese medicines used for combination，Bianmishu Capsules ranked first in terms of use of frequency(1 582 cases，12.27%)，and among western medicines，potassium chloride sustained release tablets ranked first(4 375 cases，33.95%).In Chinese medicines，blood-activating and stasis-resolving agents(7 406，57.46%)，heat-clearing and toxin-removing agents(2 486，19.29%)，and exterior-releasing agents(2 051，15.91%) were mainly combined.In western medicines，antibiotics(8 315，64.5%)，anticoagulants，thrombolytics and antiplatelet drugs(8 123，63.03%)，and vitamins(6 988，54.22%) were mainly combined.As revealed by the association analysis of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with multiple drugs，the common pair of Chinese medicines for the combination was Fufang Gancao+Bianmishu Capsules，with the support degree of 2.84%，and the common pair of western medicines was vitamin+potassium chloride sustained release tablets，with the support degree of 18.8%.Conclusion:The application of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in elderly patients conforms to the medication guidelines，and the main diseases for treatment and methods of use are in accordance with the guidelines.As elderly patients are characterized by weakened constitutions，declining digestive system functions，and increased risks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and infection，Danshen Ligustrazine Injection is often used in combination with blood-activating and stasis-resolving agents and purgative in TCM and antibiotics and vitamins in western medicine. |
