| 糖尿病病情迁延日久引起肾脏损伤，进而发展至糖尿病肾病（DKD），其病因复杂，机制繁多，病程较长且预后较差，严重危害患者的健康，极大降低患者的生命质量。当前仍无达到预期的治疗方法，亟待寻求更完备的治疗方案。近年来肠-肾轴理论进入DKD领域带来全新的治疗理念及方案，结合中医学理论“脾肾相关、脾病及肾、肾病及脾”进一步发散思维，总结治疗思路及方法。现就肠-肾轴理论探讨DKD发病机制及研究进展进行综述，为DKD的临床治疗开辟新方向。 |

| Long-term diabetes mellitus(DM) causes kidney injury which then develops into diabetic kidney disease(DKD).DKD，which features poor prognosis，complex causes，diverse mechanisms，and long course，threatens the health and quality of life of patients.At the moment，no ideal therapy is available and thus more efforts should be made in this aspect.In recent years，the gut-kidney axis theory(gut microbiota-kidney metabolism) brings out new concepts and strategies for the treatment of DKD.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theories of “correlation of spleen and kidney，spleen disease affecting kidney，and kidney disease affecting spleen”，the ideas and methods for the treatment of DKD have been summarized.This article discusses the mechanisms of DKD based on gut-kidney axis theory and summarizes related research，which provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of DKD. |
