| 越来越多的高龄不孕女性选择辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗，但这部分女性卵巢储备下降、窦卵泡数减少，卵母细胞质量下降，优质胚胎少，助孕结局并不理想。卵母细胞质量是影响妊娠成功的关键因素，氧化应激是引起颗粒细胞凋亡和卵母细胞质量下降的主要原因。补肾中药在减轻高龄不孕女性卵母细胞氧化应激损伤、抑制颗粒细胞凋亡、改善卵子质量、提高临床妊娠率等方面发挥了重要作用。补肾中药已广泛应用于体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）的各个阶段，为高龄不孕女性治疗提供了新的有效路径。 |

| Assisted reproductive technology(ART) is a big hope for the older infertile women.However，the clinical outcomes are unsatisfactory because of the poor ovarian reserve，low antral follicle count，low quality of oocytes，and small number of high-quality embryos.Oocyte quality is the key to the pregnancy.Oxidative stress is the main reason for granulosa cell apoptosis and poor oocyte quality.Kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine plays an essential part by alleviating oxidative stress damage，inhibiting granulosa cell apoptosis，improving egg quality，and improving pregnancy rate.Kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine has been widely used in different stages in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).It is a new way for the treatment of older infertile women. |
