Bone marrow suppression occurs in most patients during tumor chemoradiotherapy.Bone marrow suppression can lead to a series of pathological changes characterized by severe bleeding and infection clinically，and it is one of the causes hindering the treatment of tumors.Previous studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion have a good therapeutic effect on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.By reviewing the research results of acupuncture and moxibustion against bone marrow suppression after tumor chemotherapy，this study analyzed the mechanism of action of acupuncture and moxibustion against bone marrow suppression from bone marrow cells，hematopoietic microenvironment，and signaling pathways to provide references for clinical practice.
