To compare the differentially expressed proteins between tumor tissues and normal tissues in colorectal cancer with blood stasis syndrome. Methods:The syndromes of colorectal cancer patients were analyzed by clinical investigation method.Postoperative tumor tissues and distal normal intestinal mucosa tissues of patients with blood stasis syndrome were collected. The differentially expressed proteins in the two tissues were compared with iTRAQ quantitative proteomics, and Metascape was used for enrichment and analysis. Results:The comparison of tissues in blood stasis syndrome revealed that there were 55 differential expressed proteins in the distal normal tissues, including 13 up-regulated ones whose functions were related to regulatory exocytosis and 42 down-regulated ones.Differentially expressed proteins were concentrated in erythrocyte uptake of oxygen and release of carbon dioxide, supramolecular fiber tissues, epidermal cell differentiation, nuclear tissues,NABA core matrisome, reactions to inorganic matter,Nop56p-associated pre-rRNA complex, neutrophil migration, regulation of DNA binding, negative regulation of hydrolase activity, metabolic processes of fatty acid derivatives, positive regulation of epithelial cell proliferation, biological oxidation, and other pathways. Conclusion:In the differentially expressed proteins in tumor tissues and normal tissues with blood stasis syndrome, those related to the biological processes of erythrocyte uptake of oxygen and release of carbon dioxide, cornification, nuclear tissues, supramolecular fiber tissues, blood pressure regulation, and integrin pathway may play an important role in the formation of blood stasis syndrome.
