| 视疲劳已发展为全球性的健康问题，临床注重对其预防和保健，可通过调整用眼模式，使用适宜物质、物理干预、休息等方式缓解症状体征。目前视疲劳主要以主观症状进行诊断，尚无准确反映该状态的客观评价指标，导致实验和临床评价方法及机制研究匮乏。建立视疲劳动物模型，并结合中医对视疲劳的认识及诊疗特色建立视疲劳相关中医证候模型，有助于深入阐释视疲劳发生发展机制，全面挖掘中医对视疲劳的预防保健优势。现总结了视疲劳动物模型研究现状，提出了视疲劳模型的构建原则及策略；结合中医临床文献调研，分析出视疲劳人群中医证型主要为肝肾阴虚型、肝郁气滞型和肝血不足型，进一步提出了视疲劳相关中医证候模型的构建原则及策略，以期为缓解视疲劳中药产品的研发提供思路，并为其辨证保健及精准应用提供指导。 |

| Asthenopia has developed into a global health problem.In clinics，attention is paid to its prevention and health care，and symptoms and signs can be relieved by eye use adjustment，appropriate substances，physical intervention，and rest.At present，asthenopia is mainly diagnosed by subjective symptoms，and there is no objective index that accurately reflects the state，resulting in adequate methods and mechanisms for experiments and clinical evaluation.The establishment of an animal model of asthenopia and a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome model related to asthenopia based on its understanding and diagnosis and treatment characteristics in TCM，helps further explain the occurrence and development mechanism of asthenopia and comprehensively explore the advantages of TCM for the prevention and healthcare of the disease.This paper summarized the research status of animal models of asthenopia，and proposed the construction principles and strategies.In addition，by reference to TCM clinical literature，it was found the TCM syndromes of asthenopia patients were mainly liver-kidney yin deficiency，liver depression and qi stagnation and liver blood deficiency，and the construction principles and strategies of the TCM syndrome model related to asthenopia were further proposed.This paper was expected to provide ideas for the research and development of TCM products for relieving asthenopia，and provide guidance for the syndrome differentiation-based health care and precise application of asthenopia. |
