| 中医学“治未病”思想历史悠久且始终保有科学性与先进性。辨证论治是中医学干预机体非健康状态的核心思维过程，“辨证保健”是辨证论治的传承与创新发展。绝经后骨质疏松症具有发病隐匿、发病率高、严重影响患者生命健康和生命质量的临床特点。本研究从辨证保健理论出发，首次提出了以“三分法”对绝经后骨质疏松症进行分期，确立亚健康判定标准，通过中医证候分类进行辨证干预，确立相应的保健法则及中药保健措施，同时结合综合性干预方法，为绝经后骨质疏松症的早发现、早干预、早获益提供思路和策略，以降低绝经后骨质疏松症的发病率，改善相关高危人群的亚健康状态，促进全民健康。 |

| The thought of treating disease before its onset in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a long history and has been scientific and advanced all the time.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the core thinking process of TCM intervention in the unhealthy state of the body，which is inherited and innovatively developed by syndrome differentiation-based health care.Postmenopausal osteoporosis has the clinical characteristics of insidious onset，high morbidity，and serious impact on the health and quality of life of patients.This paper，starting from the theory of syndrome differentiation-based health care，staged postmenopausal osteoporosis by trichotomy for the first time，established the diagnostic criteria for sub-health，conducted intervention through TCM syndrome classification，and determined corresponding rules and Chinese medicine measures for health care.Furthermore，together with comprehensive intervention approaches，the paper provided ideas and strategies for early detection，early intervention，and early benefit of postmenopausal osteoporosis，to reduce the incidence of the disease，improve the sub-health status of related high-risk groups，and promote the health of the whole people. |
