      目的:探索近10年各数据平台关于中医药治疗前列腺癌的用药特点和组方规律。方法:搜索2011年1月至2020年12月中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、国家知识基础设施数据库、Pubmed等数据库中有关中医药治疗前列腺癌的方剂或处方,通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5分析处方用药特点及组方规律。结果:研究共纳入61首处方,涉及149味中药,用药频次≥10次的中药有15味,其中排名前5位的分别为黄芪(38)、熟地黄(30)、茯苓(25)、白花蛇舌草(22)、补骨脂(21);中药分类统计结果显示,补虚药和清热药使用频率最多(58.35%),其次为利水渗湿药(11.45%)、活血化瘀药(10.97%)等;四气分布以温性药(40.10%)使用最多;五味分布以甘味药(40.35%)使用最多;归经前5位分别为脾、肾、肝、肺、胃,占全部药物归经的77.24%;支持度个数设为12时,基于关联规则的组方规律得到常用药对14个,涉及中药10味,排名前5位的药对为姜黄-黄芪(17)、黄芪黄-补骨脂(17)、黄芪-茯苓(16)、党参-黄芪(16)、白花蛇舌草-半枝莲(16);基于熵层次聚类法的药对关联度分析,选择相关度为5、惩罚度为2,选取关联系数0.06进行聚类分析,最终得到23组药对,基于复杂系统熵聚类的核心组合分析:演化出3味药的核心组合8个,4味药的核心组合共4个;同时提取2个新方聚类的药物组合,得到新处方2个。结论:前列腺的中医治疗大法当以扶正祛邪为本,临证要重视应用益气扶正之中药,并采取病证结合、辨证施治等方式予以干预治疗。
English Summary:
      To explore the medication characteristics and formulation rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of prostate cancer based on various databases in the past 10 years.Methods:Databases,such as Wanfang Data,VIP,CNKI,and Pubmed were searched from January 2011 to December 2020 for TCM prescriptions or preparations for the treatment of prostate cancer.Medication characteristics and formulation rules of TCM prescriptions were analyzed based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System V2.5(TCMISS V2.5).Results:Sixty-one prescriptions were included,involving 149 TCM drugs.There were 15 TCM drugs with frequency≥10 times,and the top 5 TCM drugs were Astragali Radix(38),Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata(30),Poria(25),Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba(22),and Psoraleae Fructus(21).The statistical results of TCM drugs classification showed that deficiency-tonifying and heat-clearing drugs were used most frequently(58.35%),followed by urination-promoting and dampness-draining drugs(11.45%) and blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs(10.97%).In terms of qi,warm drugs were used most frequently(40.10%),and in terms of flavor,sweet drugs were used most frequently(40.35%).In terms of meridian tropism,the majority of drugs mainly acted on spleen,kidney,liver,lung,and stomach meridians,accounting for 77.24%.When the degree of support was set to 12,14 common drug pairs were obtained based on association rules,involving 10 TCM drugs,and the top 5 drug pairs included Curcumae Longae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix(17),Astragali Radix-Psoraleae Fructus(17),Astragali Radix-Poria(16),Codonopsis Radix-Astragali Radix(16),and Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba-Scutellariae Barbatae Herba(16).Correlation analysis of drug pairs was conducted based on the entropy hierarchical clustering method with correlation degree of 5 and penalty degree of 2,and correlation coefficient of 0.06 was selected for cluster analysis.Finally,23 drug pairs were obtained.The core combination analysis based on complex system entropy clustering indicated that eight core combinations of three TCM drugs and four core combinations of four TCM drugs were evolved.At the same time,two new combinations of drugs were extracted,and two new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The TCM treatment of prostate cancer should follow the principles of strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens.The clinical treatment should pay attention to the application of qi-benefiting and healthy qi-reinforcing TCM drugs and the combination of disease and syndrome,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and other approaches should be employed for intervention.
