| 近年来，我国中药制药产业持续发展，已初步形成了一定规模的产业体系，成为我国国民经济和社会发展中一项具有较强发展优势和广阔市场前景的战略性产业。但是对于传统中药临方制剂而言，存在工艺水平较低、生产效率不高、智能化程度不强等问题，产业发展面临着巨大的压力和挑战。本文从国际前沿技术在中药临方制剂中的应用出发，系统总结和分析其制造过程中存在的问题，并根据中药临方制剂现状，将药物制造装置和制造工艺进行创新融合，提出四诊合参、辨证施治、理法方药、智能决策、智能制造、剂工质效、个性化服务为一体的中药临方制剂智慧制造系统，为打造中药临方制剂智能化运营平台提供参考。 |

| In recent years，traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pharmaceutical industry has developed continuously，and initially formed an industrial system of a certain scale.It has become a strategic industry with great development advantages and broad market prospects in China's national economic and social development.However，for TCM clinical preparations，there are problems such as low technology，low production efficiency and low intelligentization，and the industrial development faces great pressure and challenges.Starting from the application of international cutting-edge technology in TCM clinical preparations，this paper systematically summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the manufacturing process of the prescriptions.Furthermore，the drug manufacturing equipment and manufacturing process were innovatively integrated based on the current situation of TCM clinical preparations，and an intelligent manufacturing system for TCM clinical preparations was proposed，which integrated comprehensive analysis of four examinations，syndrome differentiation and treatment，principle-method-recipe-medicinal，intelligent decision making，intelligent manufacturing，preparation-process-quality-efficacy，and personalized service.This paper was expected to provide reference for building an intelligent operation platform for TCM clinical preparations. |
