| 溃疡性结肠炎（Ulcerative Colitis，UC）是一种慢性非特异性的炎症性肠病，目前现有的治疗方式尚存在较大的局限性。中药应用作为一种辅助治疗手段，具有疗法丰富、不良反应较少、应用广泛等优点，成为了近年来UC治疗的新热点。研究表明，与肠道菌群之间的互作效应可能是中药改善UC的重要作用机制。现对中药与肠道菌群互作效应在UC治疗中的作用进行探讨，为中药在该领域的临床应用与开发，以及中医药防治UC提供了新的研究思路及科学依据。 |

| Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease with significant treatment limitations.Chinese herbal medicine，as a complementary approach，has the advantages of abundant and widely-used therapeutic methods with fewer side effects and has emerged as a new research hotspot in the treatment of UC in recent years.According to the research，the interaction effect of Chinese herbal medicine with gut microflora may be an important mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine in improving UC.The present study discussed the role of the interaction effect of Chinese herbal medicine with gut microflora in the treatment of UC，aiming to provide new research ideas and a scientific basis for the clinical application and development of Chinese herbal medicine in this field and the prevention and treatment of UC by traditional Chinese medicine. |
