脑缺血是一种突然起病的脑血液循环障碍性疾病,其发病率,死亡率和致残率相对较高,严重影响人类的生命健康及生命质量。脑缺血的发病机制复杂多样,主要涉及炎症反应、氧化应激和兴奋性氨基酸毒性等。中药黄芪-红花是经典的益气活血药对,具有抗炎、抗栓、抑制细胞凋亡等抗脑缺血效应,临床疗效确切。然而,黄芪、红花及其组分配伍抗脑缺血的作用机制鲜有研究。 |

Cerebral ischemia is a condition that occurs suddenly when there isn't enough blood flow to the brain to meet metabolic demand,with high incidence,mortality,and disability rate,threatening human life quality and even life.The pathogenesis of this disease is complex,involving inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and toxicity of excitatory amino acid.The typical qi-replenishing and blood-activating Radix Astragali seu Hedysari-Flos Carthami pair exerts anti-inflammatory,antithrombus,and apoptosis-inhibiting effects in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.However,the mechanism of the pair and their components against cerebral ischemia is rarely studied. |
