| 抑郁症是以持久而显著的情绪低落、兴趣减少为主要临床特征的情感性障碍类疾病，其发病率逐年攀升，给患者、家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。当前，对于抑郁症的治疗主要以抗抑郁药物为主，但存在着程度不一的不良反应、药物依赖以及停药后复发等不足之处。针灸作为一种非药物疗法，与抗抑郁西药相比，具有多层次、多靶点、多系统的调节作用，能够起到疏通经络、激发经气、运行气血、调和阴阳等作用，可明显改善抑郁症患者的失眠、焦虑和情绪低落等症状。现通过参阅近5年针灸治疗抑郁症的相关研究文献，从实验研究及临床研究为出发点，总结针灸治疗抑郁症日趋丰富的研究成果，同时指出其在实验研究及临床研究中存在的一些不足之处，为针灸治疗抑郁症的科研及临床工作提供一定借鉴意义。 |

| Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest.The incidence has been on the rise，and this disease has brought heavy burden to patients，families，and society.At the moment，antidepressants are mainly used，which，however，have disadvantages，such as side effects，drug dependence and relapse after withdrawal.Acupuncture and moxibustion，as a non-drug therapy，has multi-level，multi-target，and multi-system regulatory effects compared with the western medicine，which can dredge meridian and collateral，stimulate meridian qi，promote the movement of qi and blood，and regulate yin and yang，and significantly improve the symptoms of insomnia，anxiety，and black mood in patients with depression.This study summarized the achievements in experimental research and clinical research on acupuncture and moxibution in the treatment of depression in recent five years and pointed out the limitations，so as to provide a reference for the scientific research and clinical work of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of depression. |
