| 慢性乙型肝炎病情缠绵难愈，部分患者容易继发抑郁症，使病情更加复杂。基于“肝藏血、血舍魂”理论在情志疾病中的作用及其病理表现，慢性乙型肝炎继发抑郁症的核心病机为肝血亏虚，血不养魂，最终致肝魂失调。临床诊治慢性乙型肝炎患者时，辨证加用养肝安魂、补肾安魂、健脾安魂以及重镇安魂之品，可以防治抑郁症，从而起到“未病先防”“既病防变”的作用。 |

| Chronic hepatitis B is lingering and difficult to heal，and some patients are prone to secondary depression，which makes the condition more complicated.Based on the theory of liver storing blood and blood housing mood in emotional diseases and its pathological manifestations，this article believes that the core pathogenesis of depression secondary to chronic hepatitis B is liver blood deficiency，which causes the failure of blood in nourishing the soul and eventually causes the disharmony between the liver and the soul.In the clinical treatment of the patients with chronic hepatitis B，the Chinese medicines for nourishing liver，tonifying kidney，invigorating spleen，and tranquilizing mind can be used to prevent depression，thereby achieving prevention before disease onset and controlling development of existing disease. |
