| 咳嗽为肺癌的常见症状,严重影响患者的生命质量。林洪生教授从五脏角度分析总结肺癌相关性咳嗽的发病机制，认为癌毒内结是肺癌咳嗽的根本病因。林教授在临床中采用辨病与辨证相结合，将肺癌相关性咳嗽辨证分型为癌毒内结型、热毒瘀结型、肺脾气虚型、痰湿内阻型、肝郁气滞型、气虚血瘀型、阳虚痰阻型和肝肾阴虚型，善用川贝母通过配伍治疗多种证型的肺癌相关性咳嗽。 |

| Cough is a common symptom of lung cancer，which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor Lin Hongsheng analyses and summarizes the pathogenesis of cough caused by lung cancer from the perspective of five Zang-organs，and believes that the internal accumulation of cancer toxin is the fundamental cause of cough caused by lung cancer.Professor Lin combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation in clinical practice to classify lung cancer-related cough into the internal accumulation of cancer toxin syndrome，heat toxin stagnation syndrome，lung and spleen deficiency syndrome，phlegm dampness and internal obstruction syndrome，and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome，qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome，yang deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome，and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Professor Lin is good at using Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus to treat various syndromes of lung cancer-related cough through compatibility. |
