| 支气管扩张症是临床常见而难治的慢性呼吸道疾病，其治疗存在诸多难点，如黏膜纤毛清除功能障碍、肺功能受损、细菌定植等。针对以上问题，应积极开展中西医结合治疗，深入挖掘中医药的特色和优势，形成一个中西医结合的支气管扩张症全程管理方案。在以下几个方面将能有所突破：通过深入挖掘中医的化痰方法如清肺化痰、润肺化痰、软坚化痰等，改善呼吸道黏液高分泌状态；针对患者肺功能下降的问题，采用在化痰、畅通呼吸道基础上的肃肺平喘，可能是改善肺功能的重要方法；通过补脾清肺、标本同治法提高患者的免疫功能，以减少急性发作次数和疾病进展；而对于合并呼吸衰竭的患者重在健脾补肾、清肺化痰，进而提高患者生命质量，改善预后。 |

| Bronchiectasis is a common and intractable chronic airway disease，and there are many difficulties in treatment，such as mucociliary clearance dysfunction，impaired lung function，and bacterial colonization.In response to the above problems，it is necessary to actively carry out the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine，deeply explore the characteristics and advantages of TCM，and form a whole-process management plan for bronchiectasis with integrated TCM and western medicine.There will be breakthroughs in the following aspects.First of all，phlegm-resolving methods of TCM，such as clearing the lung to resolve phlegm，moistening the lung to resolve phlegm，and softening the hardness to resolve phlegm，are deeply explored to improve the hypersecretion of mucus in the respiratory tract.Secondly，for the problem of decreased lung function in patients，it may be an important method to improve lung function by purifying the lung and relieving dyspnea based on eliminating phlegm and unblocking the airway.In addition，the methods of invigorating the spleen and clearing the lung should be adopted to improve the patient's immune function，reduce the number of acute attacks，and inhibit disease progression.For patients with respiratory failure，the methods of strengthening the spleen，invigorating the kidney，clearing the lung，and resolving phlegm are used to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients. |
