失眠是临床上一种较为常见的睡眠障碍性疾病,此病病程长,易反复,长期的睡眠不足严重影响到人们的生命质量。现代医学认为内源性昼夜节律即生物内在节律受生物钟基因调控,其平衡与睡眠质量密切相关,目前诸多研究发现中医药可通过调节生物钟基因治疗失眠。现通过对近10年中医药调控生物钟基因治疗失眠的相关实验研究进行分析,发现滋补阴血方药可通过促进BMAL1和CLOCK表达,达到治疗失眠的效果。而祛邪方药可能通过促进PERs和CRYs表达,改善失眠。为中医药治疗失眠的机制研究提供新靶点。 |

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder clinically with a long course and it is easy to relapse.Long-term sleep deprivation seriously affects people's quality of life.Modern medicine believes that endogenous circadian rhythm,i.e.,biological intrinsic rhythm,is regulated by biological clock genes.The stability of endogenous circadian rhythm is closely related to the quality of sleep.Many studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can treat insomnia by regulating biological clock genes.This paper analyzed the experimental studies related to the regulation of biological clock genes by TCM for the treatment of insomnia in the past 10 years and found that prescriptions effective in nourishing yin and tonifying blood could achieve the effect of treating insomnia by promoting BMAL1 and CLOCK expression,while prescriptions potent in dispelling evil could improve insomnia by promoting the expression of PERs and CRYs.This study is expected to provide a new target for the study of the mechanism of insomnia treatment by TCM. |
