小叶金花草为中国蕨科金粉蕨属植物野鸡尾[Onychium japonicum(Thunb.)Kze.]的干燥全草,别名野鸡尾、金花草、旋鸡尾等,为民间习用草药,具有清热解毒,止血,利湿等功效，常用于风热感冒,肺热咳嗽,急性胃肠炎,痢疾等疾病的治疗。小叶金花草始载于《植物名实图考》,在广西地区作为常用的壮、瑶药材,在湖北西部地区也常作为土家族常用草药,在贵州少数民族聚集区是常用的止血药,是极具民族色彩的药材。小叶金花草曾收载于《中华人民共和国药典》1977年版,名为“小野鸡尾”,由于民族药的研究基础薄弱,且为民间习用,关于小叶金花草的研究较少。小叶金花草是广西国际壮医医院的临床经验方柏金颗粒的主要药味,经该院多年临床验证适用于高尿酸血症的治疗,疗效显著，但目前小叶金花草的质量标准有待于提高以便于推广使用。现对小叶金花草的发展历史及研究进展进行总结,包括质量标准、资源分布、生药学、分子生物学、化学成分和药理作用等内容,以期为民族药小叶金花草的质量标准完善和提高提供参考,也为进一步促进民族药资源开发奠定基础。

English Summary:

Herba Onychii Japonici，the dried herb of Onychium japonicum(Thunb.) Kze.，is an ethnic herbal medicine with the functions of clearing heat，removing toxin，stopping bleeding，and eliminating dampness.It is commonly used in the treatment of wind-heat common cold，cough caused by lung heat，acute gastroenteritis，dysentery and other diseases.This herb was firstly recorded in Illustrated Reference of Botanical Nomenclature(Zhi Wu Shi Ming Tu Kao) and used by the people of Zhuang and Yao ethnic minorities in Guangxi，the people of Tujia ethnic minority in western Hubei，and as a bleeding-stopping medicine in the ethnic minority gathering area in Guizhou.O.japonicum was once recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1977 Edition).The research on this herb is insufficient due to the weak research foundation of ethnic herbs and folk usage.O.japonicum is the main herb used in the Baijin Granules developed by the Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital based on clinical experience.This formula has been proved suitable and effective for the treatment of hyperuricemia by years of clinical trials.However，the quality standard of O.japonicum needs to be improved to facilitate the promotion.This paper summarized the development history and research progress of O.japonicum from quality standards，resource distribution，pharmacognosy，molecular biology，chemical composition，and pharmacological effects，aiming to provide reference for improving the quality standards of O.japonicum and lay a foundation for further development and utilization of the ethnic medicinal resources.
