| 目的：基于CiteSpace分析国内痰湿体质的研究现状、热点以及趋势，为进一步开展相关研究提供参考。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）及中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）从建库到2020年12月的所有以痰湿体质为研究主体的相关文献，利用EndNote进行去重，运用Excel对符合纳入标准的文献进行统计，应用CiteSpace对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果：共计纳入文献440篇。作者合作图谱中纳入377位作者，据统计核心作者有14位，共发文59篇，占总发文量13.4%，其中作者王琦为痰湿体质研究关键人物，以其为核心的团队与成果产出非常显著;研究机构合作图谱中纳入253所机构，发文量≥4篇的研究机构有15所，北京中医药大学在机构间、机构内部的合作均较广泛;关键词图谱中纳入408个关键词，关键词出现频率≥5次的有35个，起“桥梁”作用的关键词有8个，形成有意义的聚类12个。结论：国内痰湿体质研究的热点主要在痰湿体质与相关疾病的关系以及痰湿体质的调理方面，痰湿体质体病相关又以代谢综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、中风的研究为主，调体方式以中医护理干预、中医健康管理、膳食调理、针灸治疗、耳穴治疗的研究为主；痰湿体质的研究趋势为相关代谢性慢病的防控研究，主要在糖尿病与糖尿病前期、高血压前期、治未病以及针灸治疗调体等方面。 |

| On the basis of CiteSpace，the research status，hotspots，and trends of the phlegm-damp constitution in China was analyzed，so as to provide a reference for further research.Methods:All related literature with phlegm-damp constitution as the research subject was retrieved from China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)，Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)，China science periodical database(CSPD)，and Chinese citation database(CCD) from the establishment of these databases to December 2020.De-duplication was carried out by EndNote，and literature meeting the inclusion criteria was summarized by Excel.Visual analysis of authors，institutions，and keywords was carried out by CiteSpace.Results:A total of 440 pieces of literature were included.In the collaborative map of authors，377 authors were included.According to the statistics，there were 14 core authors，with 59 papers published，which accounted for 13.4% of the total volume.Specifically，Wang Qi was a key figure in the study on the phlegm-damp constitution，and the team with Wang Qi as the core has made remarkable research results.There were 253 institutions in the collaborative map of institutions，and 15 of them have published no less than four papers.Among them，Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has conducted extensive inter-institution and intra-institution cooperation.There were 408 keywords in the keyword map，and 35 of them appeared no less than five times.There were eight keywords playing a role as a bridge，and 12 meaningful clusters were formed.Conclusion:The research on the phlegm-damp constitution in China mainly focuses on the relationship between phlegm-damp constitution and related diseases and the recuperation of the phlegm-damp constitution.The research on the relationship between phlegm-damp constitution and related diseases mainly focuses on the study on metabolic syndrome，polycystic ovary syndrome，and stroke，and the recuperation of phlegm-damp constitution mainly pays attention to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing intervention，TCM health management，meal regulation，acupuncture treatment，and ear acupuncture therapy.The research trend of the phlegm-damp constitution is related to the prevention and control of metabolic chronic diseases，mainly in the aspects of diabetes and prediabetes，prehypertension，preventive treatment of disease，and constitution recuperation by acupuncture treatment. |
