| 目的：基于数据挖掘分析方法探讨中药治疗骨癌痛（BCP）用药规律。方法：通过数据库检索中药治疗BCP的临床研究或经验探析。将所用处方中的药物通过Excel建立数据库，通过药物、性味归经的频数分析，SPSS聚类分析，Clementine关联规则分析，探索用药规律。结果：共纳入研究97项，中药处方98首，中药158味。药物类别频数分析显示，补虚药和活血化瘀药使用最多；药物频数分析中熟地黄、补骨脂、甘草、骨碎补等应用最多；性味频数分析结果显示，温性药、平性药、甘味、苦味及辛味药使用较多；归经以肝、肾及脾3经最多；聚类分析得到药对9对，3味药药组2组；关联规则分析结果以牛膝，杜仲等置信度最高。结论：中药治疗BCP遵循局部活血化瘀、补虚；整体从水液代谢出发，以温性药等和化痰饮；治疗采用性平和温润药物，注重固护正气。 |

| Based on the data mining analysis method，our study aims to explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of bone cancer pain(BCP).Methods:The database was searched for clinical studies or experiences of TCM in treating BCP.The TCM in the prescription was used to establish a database through Excel，and the medication rule of the medicine was explored through frequency analysis of property,flavor，and meridian of the medicine，SPSS cluster analysis，and Clementine association rule analysis.Results:A total of 97 studies were included，including 98 TCM prescriptions and 158 kinds of TCM.Frequency analysis of drug categories shows that herbs to tonify deficiency，activate blood circulation，and remove blood stasis are used the most，and frequency analysis of drugs indicates that Radix Rehmanniae Preparata，Fructus Psoraleae，Radix Glycyrrhizae，and Rhizoma Drynariae are applied the most.Flavor frequency analysis shows that warm，plain，sweet，bitter，and spicy herbs are often used.The liver，kidney，and spleen meridians are the most involved.Cluster analysis obtains nine drug pairs and two groups with three drugs.The results of the association rule analysis show that Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Cortex Eucommiae have the highest confidence.Conclusion:The treatment of BCP by TCM follows the principle of locally promoting blood circulation，removing blood stasis，and tonifying deficiency.Holistic treatment focuses on water metabolism，and herbs with warm properties can be used to dissolve phlegm.Meanwhile，the treatment adopts mild and warm drugs to maintain healthy qi. |
