To explore the feasibility of Wumei Pill in the treatment of colorectal cancer，so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer and offer ideas for further experimental research.Methods:Under the guidance of clinical practice and observation，this study presents the view that Wumei Pill can be used to treat colorectal cancer.In addition，according to traditional Chinese medicine understanding of colorectal cancer，the feasibility of Wumei Pill in the treatment of colorectal cancer is analyzed based on the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms，pathogenesis，therapeutic principle，and pharmacology of modern Chinese medicine.Modern bioinformation technology is adopted to predict the targets where Wumei Pill may act.Results:By comprehensively analyzing traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology，It is found that Wumei Pill has excellent resistance to a colorectal cancer foundation，and the result of network pharmacology supports that Wumei Pill can treat colorectal cancer through multiple components，multiple targets，and multiple pathways，Conclusion:Wumei pill is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer，which provides an idea and theoretical basis for further experimental research and clinical application.
