To study the intervention methods, acupoint selection rules, and formula patterns of clinical acupoint stimulation for postoperative gastroparesis syndrome through data mining. Methods:The previous clinical Chinese literature on postoperative gastroparesis syndrome treated with acupoint stimulation interventions was retrieved from China journal full text database(CJFD),China science periodical database(CSFD),and Chinese citation database(CCD),and the data on the methods of acupoint stimulation interventions for postoperative gastroparesis syndrome, rules of acupoint selection, and formula patterns in the past 20 years were statistically analyzed by bibliometrics. Results:A total of 70 pieces of clinical literature on acupoint stimulation interventions for treating postoperative gastroparesis syndrome were recorded,of which the majority of intervention methods were acupoint application, accounting for 20% of the literature, followed by acupoint injection and simple acupuncture.37 acupoints were used, with the most frequently used acupoints being the Zusanli(23.08%),Zhongwan(13.55%),and Neiguan(9.52%); the high-frequency meridians were the stomach channel of foot yang brightness, the conception vessel, and the spleen meridian of foot greater yin.The acupoints were mainly located in the lower extremities and chest and abdomen; specific acupoints including the lower sea points, the five acupoints, and the crossing points were often used; among the combination of three acupoints, the Zusanli,Neiguan, and Zhongwan received the highest support, and among the combination of four acupoints, the Zusanli,Zhongwan,Neiguan, and Sanyinjiao were more dominant. Conclusion:The intervention methods of acupoint stimulation for treating postoperative gastroparesis syndrome were mostly based on relatively simple and comfortable methods, such as acupoint application, and the selection of acupoints was mostly based on the lower extremity. In addition, there were certain rules in acupoint selection and acupoint formula pattern, with a view to excavating data results that can provide a reference for clinical treatment.
