| 中药木蝴蝶是紫葳科植物木蝴蝶Oroxylum indicum(L.)Vent.的干燥成熟种子，在我国分布较为广泛。其含有多种活性成分，包括黄酮及其苷类、挥发油类、环己醇类及紫檀碱类等，具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖等多种药理作用，在临床用于治疗呼吸系统、消化系统等疾病。本文对木蝴蝶的化学成分、药理作用的研究进展进行总结，并基于中药质量标志物（Q-marker）的核心概念，从化学成分特有性、传统药性及药效因素、化学成分可测性、临床研究、体内代谢转化5个方面，对木蝴蝶Q-marker进行预测分析，以期为中药木蝴蝶的质量研究提供基础。 |

| Oroxylum indicum originated from dry mature seeds of Bignoniaceae plant-Oroxylum indicum(L.) Vent.It is widely distributed in China and contains a variety of active components，including flavonoids，volatile oil，cyclohexanols，pterocarpan，and so on.It has a wide range of pharmacological actions，such as antibacterial，anti-inflammatory，anti-tumor，antioxidant，and antidiabetic effects and is used in the clinical treatment of the respiratory system，digestive system，and other diseases.This paper summarized the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Oroxylum indicum.In addition，based on the core concept of the quality markers(Q-markers) in traditional Chinese medicine，the Q-markers in Oroxylum indicum were predicted and analyzed from the aspects of specificity of chemical constituents，traditional medicinal effects and properties，chemical constituent measurability，clinical uses，and metabolic transformation，so as to provide a basis for studying the quality of Oroxylum indicum. |
