To explore the compound combination law of massive patents of oral traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of vitiligo through the data mining method，so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment，inheritance，and research and development.Methods:The patents in China HowNet patent database were searched，and those meeting the requirements of oral traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of vitiligo were selected from the establishment of the database to August 31，2021.Frequency analysis，cluster analysis，and association rule analysis were conducted on the obtained drug combinations and their properties，tastes，and meridians.Results:A total of 145 patent combinations were screened，involving 370 herbs.28 kinds of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of use no less than 18 were analyzed，including Angelica Sinensis，Tribulus Terrestris，Psoralea Corylifolia，Radix Polygoni Multiflori，Salvia Miltiorrhiza，Ligusticum Chuanxiong，Radix Glycyrrhiza，Carthamus Tinctorious，Membranous Milkvetch Root，Angelica Dahurica，etc.The key efficacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine is to activate blood circulation，remove blood stasis，and replenish blood，Yang，Yin，and Qi.The medicinal properties are mainly warm，mild，and plain，and the medicinal tastes are mainly sweet，pungent，and bitter.The meridians are mostly liver，heart，spleen，and kidney meridians.The compound combination with patent mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney，filling essence，nourishing blood，expelling wind，harmonizing blood，cooling blood，and detoxifying.Up to 40 core combinations were obtained.Cluster analysis included six kinds.Conclusion:The combination law of single drug and compound drugs for vitiligo internal treatment in the patents was summarized and further analyzed，so as to provide a reference for the prescription，inheritance，and research and development of clinical oral traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of vitiligo.
