      目的:挖掘古今肺痈方的组方用药特点。方法:收集并整理《中医方剂大辞典》和国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)等数据库所收录的古今治肺痈方剂,采用SPSS Modeler软件进行关联规则分析、SPSS Statistics软件进行聚类分析及因子分析。结果:纳入古方127首、现代文献方剂234首,共361首方剂、300味药;古今方核心药物均有甘草、桔梗、薏苡仁、贝母、瓜蒌、桑白皮、杏仁、陈皮等清肺化痰、排脓解毒药;古方多用人参、天冬、当归等扶正祛邪,现代文献中多用鱼腥草、金银花、蒲公英等药清热解毒。关联规则结果显示,常用的2药组合有甘草-桔梗、薏苡仁-冬瓜子、金银花-连翘等药对,常用的3药组合有薏苡仁-冬瓜子-桃仁、黄芩-鱼腥草-桔梗等药组;聚类分析和因子分析主要形成“桃仁、冬瓜子、薏苡仁、芦根、黄芩、鱼腥草、金银花、连翘、蒲公英”“茯苓、陈皮、半夏、瓜蒌、知母、桑白皮”“甘草、桔梗、贝母”“黄芪、当归”等组合。结论:以关联规则和系统聚类等方法挖掘出核心药物与药物组合,为临床治疗肺痈提供了用药思路和依据。
English Summary:
      To investigate the formulation and medication characteristics of ancient and modern Chinese medicinal prescriptions in the treatment of pulmonary abscess.Methods:This study collected and sorted out ancient and modern Chinese medicinal prescriptions for treating pulmonary abscess included in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine and databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD) and Chinese Citation Database(CCD).SPSS Modeler software was used to analyze the association rules.SPSS Statistics software was used for system clustering and factor analysis.Results:A total of 361 prescriptions were enrolled,including 127 ancient prescriptions and 234 prescriptions in modern literature,involving 300 drugs.The core drugs of these ancient and modern prescriptions include Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix,Coicis Semen,Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus,Trichosanthis Fructus,Mori Cortex,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,which can clear the lung heat,resolve phlegm,evacuate pus,and expel the toxin.Ancient prescriptions mainly used Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Asparagi Radix,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix to reinforce healthy qi and eliminate pathogens.In modern literature,Houttuyniae Herba,Ionicerae Japonicae Flos,and Taraxaci Herba were primarily used for the purpose of clearing heat and removing toxin.The results of association rule analysis showed that the commonly used two-drug combinations included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Platycodonis Radix,Coicis Semen-Semen Benincasae,and Ionicerae Japonicae Flos-Forsythiae Fructus.The commonly used three-drug combinations included Coicis Semen combined with Semen Benincasae and Persicae Semen,and Scutellariae Radix combined with Houttuyniae Herba and Platycodonis Radix.System clustering and factor analysis mainly resulted in the following combinations:a combination of Persicae Semen,Semen Benincasae,Coicis Semen,Phragmitis Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Houttuyniae Herba,Ionicerae Japonicae Flos,Forsythiae Fructus,and Taraxaci Herba; a combination of Poria,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Trichosanthis Fructus,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,and Mori Cortex; a combination of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Platycodonis Radix and Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus; a combination of Astragali Radix and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Conclusion:The core drugs and drug combinations are dug out using methods such as association rules and system clustering methods,which can provide ideas and a basis for the clinical treatment of pulmonary abscess.
