To explore the clinical medication rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of the hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors based on data mining.Methods:The research articles on TCM in the treatment of the hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors were retrieved from CNKI，CSPD，and CCD，and basic information was extracted to establish a database.Drug frequency statistics，analysis of four qi properties，five flavors，and meridian tropism，association rule analysis，and system cluster analysis were carried out.Results:Sixty research articles were included，involving 61 effective prescriptions and 173 drugs.High-frequency drugs included Angelicae Sinensis Radix，Astragali Radix，Chuanxiong Rhizoma，and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The drugs were warm，cold，and plain in nature and sweet，bitter，and pungent in flavor，acting on the liver，spleen，and lung meridians.Through the analysis of association rules，22 binomial associations were obtained.The Cluster analysis yielded four drug combinations.Conclusion:TCM treatment of the hypercoagulable state of malignant tumors focuses on the principles of nourishing qi，tonifying blood，activating blood，and resolving blood stasis，highlights both dredging and invigorating methods，and emphasizes strengthening and protecting healthy qi while eliminating pathogenic factors.
