| 失笑散最早见于宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》，功擅活血祛瘀、散结止痛，临床上广泛运用于瘀血所致的多种疾病。随着现代技术的发展以及对经典名方的日益重视，失笑散的临床使用范围更为广泛，其化学成分与药理研究较多。现对失笑散近10年的研究内容进行整理，以期能为失笑散相关科研工作提供参考。 |

| Shixiao Powder was first seen in the Beneficial Formulas from the Taiping Imperial Pharmacy in the Song Dynasty.It was good at promoting blood circulation，removing blood stasis，dispelling masses，and relieving pain and thus was widely used for clinically treating various diseases caused by blood stasis.With the development of modern technology and the increasing emphasis on classic prescriptions，the scope of clinical application of Shixiao Powder has become wider，and research on its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects has emerged one after another.The authors sorted out the research content of Shixiao Powder in the past 10 years，so as to provide a reference for the related scientific research work of Shixiao Powder. |
