| 卒中后吞咽障碍表现为不能将食物或液体从口腔安全地送至胃内，严重影响患者的生命质量。头针是一种治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的新兴针法，治疗特色鲜明，可于头针带针的情况下行其他治疗，起到互相促进、提升疗效的作用。现就头针治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的研究进展进行综述，以期为卒中后吞咽障碍的临床治疗提供参考与思路。 |

| Dysphagia after stroke is characterized by the inability to safely deliver food or fluid from the mouth to the stomach，which seriously affects the patient's quality of life.Scalp acupuncture is a new method for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.It has distinct therapeutic characteristics and can be used in combination with other treatments with needles in the head to promote the therapeutic efficacy of each other.This paper reviewed scalp acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke in order to provide references for the clinical treatment of dysphagia after stroke. |
