| 拔毒生肌散是创面相关类疾病临床常用的中药外用制剂，具有拔毒祛腐、敛疮生肌、祛瘀生新的功效，在治疗糖尿病足、压疮、非哺乳期乳腺炎、肛周脓肿术后等方面临床疗效得到广泛的认可。为进一步规范该药物的临床合理使用，采用德尔菲法及共识会议法的方式，组建专家组编写该专家共识，对拔毒生肌散治疗创面相关疾病提出适当建议，形成规范、易掌握、可行性好的临床应用专家共识。专家共识包括了拔毒生肌散的组成及功效、作用机制、安全性、临床应用、推荐方案等，以指导拔毒生肌散治疗创面相关疾病的临床实践。 |

| Badu Shengji Powder is a commonly used topical Chinese medicine preparation for treating wound-related diseases，with the effects of drawing out toxin to eliminate putridity，healing up sore to promote granulation，and dispelling stasis to promote regeneration.It has been widely accepted in the treatment of diabetic foot，pressure sores，non-lactating mastitis，and perianal abscess after surgery.To further standardize the clinical use of Badu Shengji Powder，we adopted the Delphi method and consensus meeting method to assemble an expert group to compile the consensus.Further，appropriate suggestions were put forward for the treatment of wound-related diseases，so as to form a standard，simple，and feasible expert consensus for the clinical application of this medicine.The expert consensus included the composition，efficacy，mechanism of action，safety，clinical application，and recommended regimen of Badu Shengji Powder，so as to guide the clinical practice of treating wound-related diseases with Badu Shengji Powder. |
