Badu Shengji Powder is a commonly used topical Chinese medicine preparation for treating wound-related diseases，with the effects of drawing out toxin to eliminate putridity，healing up sore to promote granulation，and dispelling stasis to promote regeneration.It has been widely accepted in the treatment of diabetic foot，pressure sores，non-lactating mastitis，and perianal abscess after surgery.To further standardize the clinical use of Badu Shengji Powder，we adopted the Delphi method and consensus meeting method to assemble an expert group to compile the consensus.Further，appropriate suggestions were put forward for the treatment of wound-related diseases，so as to form a standard，simple，and feasible expert consensus for the clinical application of this medicine.The expert consensus included the composition，efficacy，mechanism of action，safety，clinical application，and recommended regimen of Badu Shengji Powder，so as to guide the clinical practice of treating wound-related diseases with Badu Shengji Powder.
