| 目的：统计分析2016—2020年期间发表的针灸治疗胃肠疾病的实验研究文献，总结归纳针灸治疗胃肠道疾病的主要研究方向与进展。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、Pubmed及Web of Science数据库，根据纳入与排除标准筛选针灸治疗胃肠疾病的实验研究文献，并对结果进行计量统计分析。结果：近5年来针灸治疗功能性胃肠疾病的实验研究以肠易激综合征与功能性消化不良为主，器质性胃肠病则是以溃疡性结肠炎为主。电针和灸法是针灸治疗胃肠疾病的主要方法，功能性胃肠病以电针干预为主，器质性胃肠病以灸法为主。足三里、天枢、上巨虚、中脘是针灸治疗胃肠疾病的主要穴位。功能性胃肠疾病的针灸实验研究侧重于胃肠动力、内脏高敏感、情绪相关机制，器质性胃肠疾病的针灸实验研究侧重于炎症与免疫相关机制。结论：近5年针灸治疗功能性胃肠疾病实验以电针干预为主，侧重于胃肠动力、内脏高敏感、情绪相关机制研究；器质性胃肠病的针灸实验研究以灸法为主，侧重于炎症与免疫相关机制。 |

| To summarize and analyze the main research directions and progress in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases based on experimental research articles published between 2016 and 2020.Methods:CNKI，CSPD，CCD，PubMed，and Web of Science were searched to select experimental research articles on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.The results were subjected to quantitative statistical analysis.Results:In the past five years，experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases mainly focused on irritable bowel syndrome and functional dyspepsia，while organic gastrointestinal diseases mainly focused on ulcerative colitis.Electroacupuncture and moxibustion were the main methods for gastrointestinal diseases，with electroacupuncture being the main intervention for functional gastrointestinal diseases，and moxibustion being the main intervention for organic gastrointestinal diseases.The main acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases were Zusanli(ST 36)，Tianshu(ST 25)，Shangjuxu(ST 37)，and Zhongwan(CV 12).Experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases focused on gastrointestinal motility，visceral hypersensitivity，and emotion-related mechanisms，while experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of organic gastrointestinal diseases focused on inflammation and immune-related mechanisms.Conclusion:In the past five years，experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases mainly focused on electroacupuncture intervention and the study of gastrointestinal motility，visceral hypersensitivity，and emotion-related mechanisms.Experimental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of organic gastrointestinal diseases mainly focused on moxibustion intervention and the study of inflammation and immune-related mechanisms. |
