| 肝气不足的证候在历代古籍记载及临床实践中广泛存在，然而中医教材并未对这一概念进行详细论述。通过文献归纳后发现：肝气不足理论发端于《黄帝内经》，在后世的医疗实践中逐步形成完善的理法方药体系。肝气不足则肝的谋虑和疏泄功能减退，引起情绪及思维活动异常、消化系统症状、筋脉失养症状、女子月事及发育异常等。从现代医学的角度看，“肝气不足”与胆汁酸代谢紊乱比较类似。现对肝气虚与肝血虚进行鉴别，并论述不同疾病的治疗特点，从而拓宽中医临床的诊疗思路。 |

| The syndrome of liver qi deficiency has been widely recorded in ancient books and clinical practice throughout history，but traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) textbooks do not provide a detailed description of this concept.Through the literature review，it is found that the theory of liver qi deficiency originated from Huangdi's Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)，and gradually formed a complete system of theory，diagnosis，and treatment in later medical practice.Liver qi deficiency leads to a decrease in the liver's function of organization and regulation of qi flow，resulting in abnormal emotions and thinking，digestive system symptoms，malnourishment of tendons and vessels，menstrual and developmental abnormalities in women，and other symptoms.From the perspective of modern medicine，“liver qi deficiency” is similar to disorders of bile acid metabolism.This article distinguished between liver qi deficiency and liver blood deficiency and described the treatment characteristics of different diseases to broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas in TCM. |
