| 胃癌患者脏腑气血阴阳偏颇较重，气滞、瘀血、痰浊等病理产物导致中焦失衡进一步加重，过度补益或急于祛邪均欠稳妥。谢晶日教授认为凡癌肿均为本虚标实之证，正气渐亏而邪气愈盛，此时应结合胃癌患者发病共性与不同时期发病特点，以人为本，以和为度，顺应脾胃生理病理特性，平其亢逆，以期达到脾胃中和的理想状态。谢师结合“肝脾论”思想提出以调代补法，以此法指导临床每获佳效。现对其运用以调代补法治疗胃癌经验进行探析。 |

| Patients with gastric cancer often have imbalances of qi and blood，yin and yang in their Zang-fu organs，and pathologic products such as qi stagnation，blood stasis，and phlegm turbidity can further worsen the imbalance in the middle energizer.Excessive tonification or hasty elimination of pathogenic factors may not be safe.Professor Xie Jingri believes that all tumors are characterized by asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality.The righteous qi gradually weakens while the pathogenic factors become stronger.Therefore，the treatment should be based on the common characteristics and characteristics of gastric cancer at different stages and should be patient-centered and harmonious，conforming to the physiological and pathological characteristics of the spleen and stomach，reducing excess and reversing counterflow to achieve an ideal state of spleen-stomach balance.Professor Xie combines the idea of “liver-spleen theory” and proposes the “regulating instead of tonifying” method，which has achieved good clinical results.This article explored Xie's experience in treating gastric cancer with the “regulating instead of tonifying” method. |
