| 艾滋病仍然是全球性公共问题，不仅要控制疾病的传染性及病死率，更要着眼于感染者相关性疾病的控制。血脂异常是艾滋病常见的相关性疾病，是导致心脑血管疾病发生的重要因素，为了真正满足艾滋病毒感染者的全部需求，需要超越病毒抑制的目标，改善影响其生命质量的因素。现简述艾滋病血脂异常表现与引起因素，及本课题组从代谢、蛋白质及转录组学等系统生物学方法，针对艾滋病肺脾气虚证脂质的研究结果进行综述，为预防治疗艾滋病血脂异常提供了方法和思路。 |

| HIV/AIDS remains a global public health issue，and controlling disease infectivity and mortality is not enough.Attention must also be paid to controlling HIV/AIDS-related diseases.Dyslipidemia is a common HIV/AIDS-related disease that is a significant factor in the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.To truly meet the needs of people living with HIV/AIDS，it is necessary to go beyond the goal of viral suppression and improve factors that affect their quality of life.This paper briefly described the manifestation and underlying factors of dyslipidemia in HIV/AIDS，and summarized the research results of this research group on the lipid metabolism of HIV/AIDS patients with lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome from the perspective of systems biology methods such as metabolism，proteomics，and transcriptomics，providing methods and ideas for the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS-related dyslipidemia. |
