| 截瘫为脊髓损伤常见的并发症，给患者的生活及经济带来了极大的负担，严重影响了患者的身心健康，但临床尚无确切疗法。近年来研究发现针灸治疗脊髓损伤后截瘫疗效确切，但机制尚不明确。现对近年来针灸治疗脊髓损伤后截瘫的机制进行总结，以期为临床应用提供依据。 |

| Paraplegia is a common complication of spinal cord injury，which brings a great burden to patients' life and economy，and seriously affects their physical and mental health.However，there is no definitive treatment in clinical practice.In recent years，it has been found that acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a definite effect on the treatment of paraplegia after spinal cord injury，but the mechanism is still unclear.This paper summarized the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for paraplegia after spinal cord injury in recent years to provide a basis for clinical application. |
