The clinical incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion has been increasing year by year，and it has become a common and difficult disease in gynecology.How to effectively treat recurrent spontaneous abortion has become one of the urgent issues to be solved in the field of gynecology today.Based on recent literature research，this article reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) etiology and pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation and treatment，specific prescriptions，acupuncture，moxibustion，and Chinese medical therapies for recurrent spontaneous abortion，emphasizing the treatment principle of spleen and kidney deficiency，aiming to provide new ideas for clinical doctors in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
