| 复发性流产临床发病率逐年升高，已成为妇科常见病、疑难病。如何有效地治疗复发性流产已是当今妇科领域中亟待解决的问题之一。现基于近年来的文献研究，从复发性流产的中医病因病机、辨证论治、专方验方、针灸及中医特色疗法等方面进行综述，强调从脾肾论治本病，以期为临床医者治疗复发性流产提供新思路。 |

| The clinical incidence of recurrent spontaneous abortion has been increasing year by year，and it has become a common and difficult disease in gynecology.How to effectively treat recurrent spontaneous abortion has become one of the urgent issues to be solved in the field of gynecology today.Based on recent literature research，this article reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) etiology and pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation and treatment，specific prescriptions，acupuncture，moxibustion，and Chinese medical therapies for recurrent spontaneous abortion，emphasizing the treatment principle of spleen and kidney deficiency，aiming to provide new ideas for clinical doctors in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
