The“position，time，and manifestation” were proposed to understand the six meridians from the perspectives of space，time，and form.Based on the characteristics of diseases related to the six meridians and combined with clinical application experiences，this study analyzed the “continuity and intermittency” of disease syndromes，the “singularity and complexity” of diseases in six meridians，the “manifestation and hidden nature” of symptoms，the “causal relationships”，the “relationship between pulse and syndrome”，and the “relationship between cold damage and miscellaneous diseases”.The study is expected to provide insights for the clinical application of Chinese medicinal formulas in the treatment of diseases.
