| 目的：分析《中国方剂数据库》中治疗瘀毒证的方剂药物组合配伍特点。方法：利用《中国方剂数据库》，运用主题词检索提取治疗瘀毒证的方剂，运用频次统计分析其高频药物，利用关联规则分析治疗瘀毒证的药物间配伍关系。从功效、主治、药对配伍等多角度探讨治疗瘀毒证的用药规律。结果：共纳入治疗瘀毒证方剂176首，涉及中药331味。在高频药物中，以活血化瘀药、补虚药和清热药占比最高。关联规则显示，123首内服方剂中核心药物组合有32个，53首外用方剂中核心药物组合有17个，常用配伍有：理气药+活血化瘀药，开窍药+活血化瘀药+平肝熄风药，清热药+活血化瘀药+杀虫止痒药，杀虫止痒药+活血化瘀药+化湿药。结论：《中国方剂数据库》收录治疗瘀毒证的方剂主要以清热解毒凉血药物为主，辅以活血、通经、止痛、理气、熄风、燥湿等药物，为临床应用活血解毒法提供了理论依据。 |

| To mine the compatibility rules of the prescriptions for treating stasis and toxin syndromes based on the Chinese Prescription Database.Methods:The prescriptions for treating stasis and toxin syndromes were retrieved from Chinese Prescription Database with relevant keywords.The frequency statistics was employed to identify the high-frequency herbs，and the association rules analysis was conducted to analyze the compatibility relationship between herbs.This study mined the compatibility rules for treating stasis and toxin syndromes from the perspectives of efficacy，indications，and herb pairs.Results:A total of 176 prescriptions were included，involving 331 herbs.Among the high-frequency herbs，those for activating blood to resolve stasis，tonifying deficiency，and clearing heat accounted for a high proportion.According to the association rules，there were 32 core herb combinations in 123 prescriptions for oral administration and 17 core herb combinations in 53 prescriptions for external application.The common compatibility rules included qi-regulating herbs+blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs，resuscitation-inducing herbs+blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs+liver-calming and wind-extinguishing medicine，heat-clearing herbs+blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs+insecticidal and itching-relieving herbs，and insecticidal and itching-relieving herbs+blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs+dampness-resolving herbs.Conclusion:The prescriptions for treating stasis and toxin syndromes in Chinese Prescription Database are mainly composed of the herbs with the functions of clearing heat，removing toxin，and cooling blood，together with those with the functions of activating blood，dredging meridians，relieving pain，regulating qi movement，extinguishing wind，and drying dampness.The findings provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of the therapy of activating blood and removing toxin. |
