| 目的：运用数据挖掘研究针灸治疗帕金森病认知障碍（PDCI）的选穴规律，为临床诊疗提供依据。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国医学生物文献数据库（CBM）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、PubMed数据库、Embase数据库和Web of Science核心合集，筛选2000年1月至2021年11月期间收录的针灸治疗PDCI的相关文献，建立腧穴处方数据库，应用SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS 25.0等统计软件进行数据分析。结果：共纳入文献22篇，包含针灸腧穴处方39首，共涉及穴位108个（含经外奇穴、头针穴区等），最常选用腧穴是百会，常选用经络是督脉、少阳足经、任脉等，较常见的腧穴组合为百会-四神聪-悬钟、百会-印堂-风池等。结论：针灸治疗PDCI，讲求标本同治，选穴配穴灵活巧妙，重视多经络多脏腑同调。 |

| To study the acupoint selection rules in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease(PDCI) based on data mining and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:CNKI，CBM，CSPD，CCD，PubMed，Embase，and Web of Science were searched for relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of PDCI published between January 2000 and November 2021，and an acupoint prescription database was established.Data analysis was conducted using statistical software such as SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 25.0.Results:A total of 22 articles were included，containing 39 acupoint prescriptions，involving 108 acupoints(including extra points and scalp acupuncture points).The most commonly selected acupoint was Baihui(GV20)，and the commonly selected meridians and collaterals were the governor vessel(GV)，foot lesser yang gallbladder meridian(GB)，and conception vessel(CV).Common acupoint combinations included Baihui(GV20)-Sishencong(EX-HN 1)-Xuanzhong(GB39) and Baihui(GV20)-Yintang(EX-HN 3)-Fengchi(GB20).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for PDCI emphasizes treating the root cause and manifestations simultaneously，with flexible and skillful acupoint selection and consideration of multiple meridians and collaterals and organ harmonization. |
