| 病毒性肺炎是由呼吸道病毒感染鼻腔、咽喉后向下发展引起的肺部炎症。2019年暴发的新型冠状病毒感染（COVID-19）严重威胁人类的生命健康，中医药在治疗COVID-19感染者中发挥着重要作用，且预后良好。对于病毒性肺炎，西医多采用对症治疗如抗病毒、抗细菌及真菌治疗，而中医药治疗病毒性肺炎并不仅仅针对病毒本身，而是通过对机体的整体调节，如增强机体免疫应答等来达到治疗作用。通过检索国内外文献中关于中药及其复方对病毒性肺炎的治疗作用及机制，发现栀子、板蓝根和金银花等单味中药治疗病毒性肺炎效果良好，中药复方如清肺口服液、犀角地黄汤合银翘散、蒿芩清胆汤、麻杏石甘汤、清燥救肺汤等在临床上应用广泛且效果显著，中药复方共包含152味中药，以入肺经的药物频次最多，其中甘草、黄芩、苦杏仁、金银花和麻黄使用最多；作用机制主要与抗炎、抗病毒和免疫调节有关，本研究为今后中药及其复方治疗病毒性肺炎的作用机制研究及其临床应用提供参考。 |

| Viral pneumonia is an inflammation of the lungs caused by respiratory viruses that infect the nasal cavity and throat，progressing downward.The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19) in 2019 posed a severe threat to human life and health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) plays an important role in the treatment of COVID-19 infection and has shown favorable prognosis.In the case of viral pneumonia，western medicine often focuses on symptomatic treatments such as antiviral，antibacterial，and antifungal therapies.In contrast，TCM treatment for viral pneumonia not only targets the virus itself but also regulates the overall condition of the body，such as enhancing the body's immune response to achieve therapeutic effects.By reviewing literature reports in China and abroad on the therapeutic effects and mechanism of Chinese medicines and their formulations in the treatment of viral pneumonia，it was found that Chinese medicines such as Gardeniae Fructus，Isatidis Radix，and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos showed good efficacy in treating viral pneumonia.Chinese medicinal prescriptions such as Qingfei Oral Liquid，Xijiao Dihuang Decoction modified with Yinqiao Powder，Haoqin Qingdan Decoction，Maxing Shigan Decoction，and Qingzao Jiefu Decoction were widely used in clinical practice with remarkable effects.Chinese medicinal prescriptions consisted of 152 Chinese medicines，with those acting on the lung meridian possessing the highest frequency of use.Among them，Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma，Scutellariae Radix，Armeniacae Semen Amarum，Lonicerae Japonicae Flos，and Ephedrae Herba were the most commonly used.The mechanisms of action were mainly related to anti-inflammatory，antiviral，and immune regulatory effects.This study provides a reference for future research on the mechanisms of action and clinical applications of Chinese medicines and their prescriptions in the treatment of viral pneumonia. |
