神经源性膀胱(NB)的危害主要表现在因下尿路排尿功能障碍引发的上尿路功能损害,是导致截瘫患者后期最主要的死亡原因。然而,针刺治疗脊髓损伤后NB的具体起效机制不明,故在进行临床治疗前开展动物实验研究是很有必要的。鉴于目前对其动物模型的制作和针刺治疗NB的作用机制仍无统一标准。现从动物模型、病理生理机制、疾病发展和转归的相关指标等多方面进行阐释,一方面为开展相应的实验研究提供部分思路,另一方面为针刺治疗NB的临床研究及治疗提供可靠的理论依据。 |

The main harm of neurogenic bladder(NB) lies in the upper urinary tract dysfunction caused by lower urinary tract voiding dysfunction,serving as the leading cause of mortality in patients with paralysis.However,the specific mechanism of acupuncture treatment for NB after spinal cord injury is still unclear.Therefore,conducting animal experiments before clinical treatment is necessary.Given the lack of unified standards for animal models and the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for NB,this study provided explanations from multiple aspects such as animal models,pathophysiological mechanisms,relevant indicators of disease development and outcomes.On one hand,it provides some ideas for conducting corresponding experimental research,and on the other hand,it provides a reliable theoretical basis for clinical research and treatment of NB using acupuncture. |
