| 脑卒中是脑部供血功能障碍引起脑功能损伤的神经系统疾病，脑卒中后尿失禁是脑卒中后常见的并发症，以小便无意识流出为显著特征，严重影响患者生命质量和寿命。临床常利用针灸治疗该病，疗效显著。因此，通过挖掘奇经八脉中任督二脉的经络循行和生理功能，与现代医学对脑卒中后尿失禁的发生机制研究、中医先贤对脑卒中后尿失禁病因病机的认识进行比较和借鉴，阐述畅通督脉，约束带脉治疗该病的理论基础。为探究其诊疗思路，检索并收集相关文献，发现针刺和艾灸在调畅任督二脉上有独特优势，并且发现其可能发挥补虚泄实、升提固脱、温阳化气的功效。同时，从局部选穴、远端选穴、辨证选穴3方面研究治疗该病的针灸疗法选穴特征，并分别从针刺和艾灸2种方法探究其临床应用特征，为针灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁提供理论依据，为任督二脉的理论和应用研究提供参考。 |

| Stroke is a neurological disease caused by brain blood supply dysfunction.Urinary incontinence，a common complication after stroke，is characterized by unconscious outflow of urine，which seriously affects the life quality and span of the patients.Acupuncture and moxibustion are often used to treat this complication，with remarkable therapeutic effects.According to the circulation and physiological functions of the governor vessel(GV) and conception vessel(CV) in the eight extra meridians，the mechanism of post-stroke urinary incontinence in modern medicine，and the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke urinary incontinence by traditional Chinese medicine masters，we explored the theoretical basis of dredging the governor vessel(GV) and regulating the conception vessel(CV) to treat urinary incontinence.By searching relevant literature for exploring the diagnosis and treatment ideas，we found that acupuncture and moxibustion have unique advantages in regulating the governor vessel(GV) and conception vessel(CV).This therapy can tonify deficiency and discharge excess，uplift healthy qi to stop collapse，and warm yang to transform qi.Furthermore，we studied the acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion from three aspects：local point selection，remote point selection，and syndrome differentiation-based point selection and explored the clinical application characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion.This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence and underpins the theoretical and applied research on the governor vessel(GV) and conception vessel(CV). |
