| 目的：探讨补肾壮督方联合阿仑膦酸钠对中老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折临床疗效和骨形态发生蛋白质-2（BMP-2)、B细胞淋巴瘤-2（Bcl-2）的影响。方法：选取2019年1月至2021年6月在海口市中医医院住院治疗的骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者69例作为研究对象，将患者按照随机数字表分为观察组（n=35）和对照组（n=34）。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠口服，观察组加用补肾壮督方口服治疗。记录2组中医证候临床疗效。采用骨密度T值评估骨密度改善情况，采用骨痂生长评分量表评估患者骨痂生长情况。采用血清骨形态发生蛋白质-2（BMP-2）和B细胞淋巴瘤2（Bcl-2）评估骨生长情况。结果：治疗后2组患者中医证候临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗后和随访结束腰椎、股骨颈、粗隆间和Wards三角区骨密度T值均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后和随访结束断端边缘、骨痂密度、骨痂量和骨痂边缘评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后BMP-2和Bcl-2明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：补肾壮督方联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗中老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折可加速中老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折愈合，提高骨密度，改善生命质量。 |

| To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Zhuangdu Formula combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture in middle-aged and elderly patients，as well as its impact on bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2) and B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2).Methods:Sixty-nine patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture who were hospitalized at Haikou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2021 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group(n=35) and a control group(n=34) according to a random number table.The control group received oral alendronate sodium，while the observation group received additional oral treatment with Bushen Zhuangdu Formula.The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome was recorded in both groups.Bone density improvement was assessed using T-scores，and bone callus growth was evaluated using a bone callus growth scoring scale.Serum levels of BMP-2 and Bcl-2 were measured to assess bone growth.Results:There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group，the observation group had significantly higher T-scores of lumbar vertebrae，femoral neck，trochanter，and Wards triangle area after treatment and follow-up(P<0.05).The observation group also had significantly higher scores for fracture edge，callus density，callus volume，and callus edge after treatment and follow-up compared with the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BMP-2 and Bcl-2 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuangdu Formula combined with alendronate sodium can accelerate the healing of osteoporotic vertebral fracture in middle-aged and elderly patients，improve bone density，and enhance quality of life. |
