| 谢晶日教授临床经验丰富，对巴雷特食管（BE）的治疗见解独特，通过临床医案收集、汇总与分析再结合谢晶日教授的临证配伍用药规律得出以下5组常用药对，包括海螵蛸与煅瓦楞子、藿香与佩兰、当归与川芎、焦三仙与鸡内金、三七与白及。药对配伍精细，具有实用、便捷和灵活的特点，因此具有极高的临床价值。现将结合谢晶日教授“肝脾论”思想，从四气五味，药物性味归经，名医经典、现代药理研究等多方面对谢晶日教授运用药对治疗BE经验进行探析。 |

| Professor Xie Jingri has rich clinical experience and unique opinions in the treatment of Barrett's esophagus.By analyzing the clinical medical records and Professor Xie Jingri's medication laws，we summarized five commonly used drug pairs：Sepiae Endoconcha-processed Arcae Concha，Pogostemonis Herba-Eupatorii Herba，Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma，Jiao Sanxian(Hordei Fructus Germinatus Praeparatus，Crataegi Fructus Praeparatus，Massa Medicata Fermentata Praeparatus)-Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum，and Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Bletillae Rhizoma.The simple compatibility of the drug pair is practical，convenient，and flexible，demonstrating a high clinical value.Referring to Professor Xie's theory of the liver and spleen，this article probed into Professor Xie's experience in treating Barrett's esophagus from four properties and five flavors，drug natures，tastes and meridian tropism，famous medical classics，and modern pharmacological research. |
