| 总结国医大师肖承悰教授以七子益肾理冲汤改善多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）卵泡发育的经验。肾虚、冲脉衰少是PCOS卵泡发育障碍的根本病机。肾虚则精血匮乏，源断其流，冲脉衰少，血海不足，无以涵养卵泡，致卵泡发育障碍。提倡以益肾理冲为治疗原则，关注真机期的识别，重视心理疏导。常用自拟七子益肾理冲汤加减。 |

| This article summarized the experience of Professor Xiao Chengcong，a renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) master，in improving follicular development in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) with Qizi Yishen Lichong Decoction.Kidney deficiency and diminished thoroughfare vessel are the fundamental pathogenesis of follicular development disorders in PCOS.Kidney deficiency leads to insufficient essence and blood，which hampers their flow，while diminished thoroughfare vessel results in inadequate blood supply to the “sea of blood”，thus failing to nourish the follicles and leading to follicular development disorders.Professor Xiao advocated to take the therapeutic principles of nourishing the kidneys and regulating thoroughfare vessels，with a focus on identifying the ovulatory period and emphasizing psychological guidance.The commonly used formula is the self-formulated Qizi Yishen Lichong Decoction with modifications. |
