| 林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤40余年,在临床过程中逐步形成了以“固本清源”为指导，“五治五养”为方法的治疗体系。现总结分析林洪生教授在“固本清源”理论指导下，运用“五治”治疗经验在结直肠癌治疗中的理论阐述与临床疗效，为中医药在结直肠癌分阶段治疗中的应用提供依据，为传承林洪生教授的学术思想及临床经验提供参考。 |

| With over 40 years of experience in the clinical prevention and treatment of malignant tumors with integrated Chinese and western medicine，Professor Lin Hongsheng has gradually developed a treatment system based on the theory of reinforcing healthy qi and clearing pathogen from the source.This system involves five treatment modes and five regulation modes.The article summarizes the theoretical explanation and analyzes the clinical effects of Professor Lin Hongsheng's five treatment modes for colorectal cancer，aiming to underpin the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the staged treatment of colorectal cancer and provide references for inheriting Professor Lin' s academic thoughts and clinical experience. |
